Submission Warning Checklist

  • Correct Subdomain Submission Do not submit IAC papers to the ICECT portal. Each sub-conference has its own isolated reviewer group.
  • Register Separately A registration ID is required on the OpenConf form. Register at the central portal first.
  • Paper Formatting Ensure your manuscript adheres to the templates provided inside each OpenConf track homepage.

How to Submit Your Paper

Follow these four straightforward steps to complete your submission successfully.

1. Select Sub-Conf

Determine the best-fitting sub-conference track for your paper scope: IAC, ICECT, TIBEC, or IMAC.

2. Submit Manuscript

Upload your manuscript file to the sub-conference (e.g., iac.temic-uitm.com) of the track.

View Submission Portals

3. Register Portal

Create your profile on the registration website. You will receive an official Registration ID.

Go to register.temic-uitm.com

4. Track Status

Use your OpenConf credentials on that subdomain to check review outcomes and upload camera-ready.

Abstract Submission

Submit a 300-word abstract summarizing your core hypotheses and results.

01 August 2027

Acceptance Notification

Peer reviewers issue feedback. Authors of approved abstracts will be invited to submit full papers.

31 August 2027

Full Paper Deadline

Upload the complete manuscript (limit of 8 pages in IEEE/LNCS track-appropriate format).

15 September 2027

Peer Review Outcomes

Final review decision sent (Accept, Revise & Resubmit, or Decline).

30 September 2027

Camera-Ready Upload & Payment

Final revision submissions alongside proof of payment. Only paid papers will be published.

October 2027
